Common questions:

How do I join Lyricritic? Download the app, sign up with your email, phone number, and a username, and enter an invite code if you have one.

How does rating work? You can rate an album manually (score each track, we’ll average it) or by comparing it head-to-head against albums you’ve already rated — your call.

How do I log a concert? From the + menu, tap “Add Concert,” search for the artist and venue, and enter the date. Once the date passes, we’ll prompt you to rate it.

I found a bug or have feedback — where do I send it? Email us at support@lyricritic.com and we’ll take a look.

How do I delete my account? Email us at support@lyricritic.com and we’ll take care of it.
